Meat salads are always quite satisfying and a little heavy. However, you can also make a light salad from meat, which will undoubtedly become a great snack and will decorate any festive table. The proposed recipe uses beef fillet, to which onions, beans, capers, and spinach are added. A light dressing of olive oil with the addition of vinegar gives the taste of the dish piquancy and original taste. In general, beef is appreciated for its taste, but it is necessary to remember its beneficial properties. So, for example, it is scientifically proven that the trace elements that makeup beef meat can neutralize the hydrochloric acid contained in the gastric juice, thereby contributing to the normalization of the entire gastrointestinal tract. And now let’s move on to the preparation of a delicious warm salad of beef, beans, and tomatoes.

Steps

Done

Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut into halves. Pour olive oil into the baking dish, put the cherry, add salt, pepper, optionally herbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the tomatoes for 20 minutes.

2

Salt and pepper the beef tenderloin. Heat the pan, put the meat, fry on each side for 1 minute until crisp. Turn down the fire. Fry meat until cooked.
