White Bean, Pasta and Spinach Soup
325 g beef stew
1 PC. Carrot
2 pcs. Celery stalk
150 g tagliatelle
400 g canned white beans
100 g Spinach
We transfer the stewed beef into the pan, cut into cubes carrots, celery stalks and send to the stew, cover with a lid and leave to simmer.
Then we pour hot water, salt, add pasta and let the soup boil.
Then add canned white beans, dried Italian herbs, freshly ground black pepper, more salt and fresh spinach.
Soup with white beans, pasta and spinach is ready. Bon Appetit!
