Zucchini and Cucumber Salad recipe
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp. l Vegetable oil
We remove long thin ribbons from zucchini and cucumber.
For the sauce, grind the garlic, transfer to a bowl, pour vegetable oil, vinegar, add salt and mix everything.
Add the chopped parsley leaves to the cucumber and zucchini, salt and season with the prepared sauce, mix and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Bon Appetit!
