Ryazhenka is a nutritious and easily digestible product. It is believed that fermented baked milk is not suitable for those who follow their figure. This is not entirely true. One glass of ryazhenka contains a quarter of the daily requirement of the body for calcium and 20 percent of the daily norm of phosphorus. Protein from ryazhenka is absorbed faster than from milk. Homemade fermented baked milk is indicated for a deficiency in the diet of animal fats, proteins, vitamins, trace elements and people of low nutrition. It contains a complete set of fat-soluble vitamins, it contains fats, protein (casein) and trace elements. Fermentation sticks contribute to normal digestion. Daily intake of fermented baked milk has a beneficial effect on the digestive tract and kidney function. The lactic acid contained in this drink positively affects the work of the stomach, stimulating the separation of bile and stimulating appetite, and, also, actively fights against pathogenic microorganisms.

For a ryazhenka diet, it is best to use a not very fatty product. It is best to use fermented baked milk 2.5% fat, and for the time of the diet to refuse high-calorie foods, you should also reduce the consumption of sugar and salt, completely eliminate alcohol.
Ryazhenka diet menu
First day
Breakfast: 100 g ryazhenka, 100 g melon.
Lunch: a salad of 100 g of strawberries, 100 g of kiwi, 100 g of oranges and 150 g of fermented baked milk as a dressing.
Dinner: 100 g chicken, 100 g vegetable salad with lemon juice, half a grapefruit.
At night: 100 g of ryazhenka.

Lunch: 3 cups of fresh pineapple.
Dinner: 170 g chicken fillet, lettuce, half an orange.
At night: 100 g of ryazhenka.
The third day
Breakfast: 200 g of ryazhenka and 2-3 slices of fresh watermelon.
Lunch: 1 banana, 150 g of fresh strawberries, a glass of apple juice.
Dinner: 170 g of boiled fish, 100 g of Brussels sprouts.
At night: 100 g of ryazhenka.
