Shay Mitchell Diet
We bring to your attention another diet, the basis of the diet of which is soup. The author of the diet, Dr. Mitchell, it was he who developed the system of emergency weight loss, adhering to which, you can lose up to 7 kg per week. This diet is suitable for all those who really suffer from excess weight – not 2-3 kg, but from 7 and more. Adhering to this diet, the doctor advises to visit the bath and sauna to do massage. Sport, especially active, should be limited – as the diet is low in calories and will not give so much energy to spend on sports. But morning gymnastics for 15 minutes is not canceled! Fluids during the diet you need to drink a lot. It can be green tea without sugar, boiled, and mineral water without gas, coffee without sugar, milk, and cream.

200 g celery root
0.5 kg carrots
500 g cabbage
100 g string beans
1.3 liters of tomato juice without salt and spices
Method of preparation: Cook the broth on beef, remove the meat. Next, all vegetables should be finely chopped. Take a large pot, put all the vegetables there, pour in the broth, which should cover all the ingredients. If there is little fluid, add water. Put the pot on the fire and bring to a boil. As soon as the soup boils, continue to boil it over high heat for ten minutes, after which, cook it over low heat until the vegetables in the soup are ready. Lay out the beans and pour in tomato juice a few minutes before cooking. You can now put the meat in the soup, but do not eat it until Friday. After that, remove the pan from the heat and add the greens. Do not salt the soup!
Mitchell diet ration
Monday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml), 1 kg of any fruit, water and tea if desired.
Tuesday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml), 1 kg of spinach and leaf lettuce salad, 1 baked potato with vegetable oil.
Wednesday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml), 0.5 kg of fruit, 0.5 kg of vegetables (potatoes are prohibited!).
Thursday: soup (5 doses of 200 ml), 3 bananas, a glass of milk 1%.
Friday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml each), boiled beef 500 g, 6 pcs. tomatoes.
Saturday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml), 300 g of meat from the soup, 0.5 kg of spinach salad with a drop of vegetable oil.
Sunday: soup (5 receptions of 200 ml each), a glass of boiled brown rice, a glass of fresh fruit juice, vegetables.
You can adhere to a diet for no more than 2 weeks, then take a break.
