Short-term unloading kefir (lactic) diets
Now more than ever I want lightness. In the yard in the middle of spring, summer is just around the corner, and the extra pounds gained during the winter in no way give us a feeling of complete satisfaction. Therefore, now is the time to get acquainted with unloading diets based on kefir. Simple and easy and no extra weight.
Unloading kefir diets are used in cases where a low-calorie menu is not effective enough, and you decide to lose weight more than kefir unloading days allow, and (or) not in such a harsh way. Such diets stimulate the metabolism and contribute to the expenditure of the body’s own fat reserves.
A one-week kefir diet will allow, depending on the option and personal physical characteristics, lose 3-5 kg of excess weight, reaching 10%, and up to 7-8 kg in case of overweight more than 20%. Naturally, it should be used only for real weight loss, losing extra pounds.
Curd-kefir diet (I)
Eat 4 times a day, 100 g of fresh fat-free cottage cheese (preferably homemade) with wheat bran food (1-2 teaspoons). Pre-steam them with boiling water, and after 20-30 minutes drain the liquid. Cottage cheese goes well with honey, fruits, berries, and vegetables, so it is advisable to add it before meals in each serving.
From a daily dose of cottage cheese (400 g), you can cook cottage cheese casseroles with the addition of fruits, dried fruits or vegetables. In fruit casseroles, there is no need for sugar, and in vegetable (sprinkled with herbs) – in salt. For breakfast and dinner, it is advisable to additionally drink a glass of kefir (yogurt, fermented baked milk) or a rosehip broth.
Curd and kefir (milk) diet (II)
Eat 5 times a day 60 g of cottage cheese of 9% fat and drink 2 cups of kefir (milk) 5 times a day.
Curd-kefir diet (III)
Eat 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese with 2 cups of kefir daily in 5 divided doses.
A mixed diet with kefir (milk)
Drink 6 glasses of warm milk (kefir) daily. Additionally: 350 g of lean boiled meat and 50-60 g of vegetables (both in 4 doses). Meat can be replaced with boiled fish.
Kefir and vegetable diet
Eat 1.2-1.8 kg of vegetables (except potatoes) per day for 6 meals in any cooking or raw (in the form of salads, vinaigrettes).
Recipes
Vinaigrette: grate 100 g of raw and 100 g of boiled beets, 100 g of raw carrots, put 2 tablespoons of green peas, 50 g of green onions, 1-2 slices of chopped garlic, mix with finely chopped pickles, season with vegetable oil ( 1-2 tablespoons) and lemon juice or vinegar.
Salad: finely chop 400 g of white cabbage, pour boiling water over it and hold for 2-3 minutes (to remove the bitterness), drain the water, squeeze the cabbage lightly, add a little salt, season with sunflower oil or mayonnaise, adding sugar to taste.
