According to the author, recently he sits on slow-carb, except periods of vegetarian unloading, which he arranges once every three months.
Slow-carb means slow carbohydrates. The meaning of the diet is that the basis of the diet should be slow carbohydrates and proteins. You download your list of allowed foods and, not counting calories, eat them throughout the day. It is necessary to adhere to the diet for 6 days, and on the seventh, it is allowed, there is everything that the soul wants, the only one within reason. Paradoxically, such a day stimulates metabolism. The author advises using the same products, alternating between them.
Such a diet is not suitable for those who love fruits and berries. Since all sweets, including fruits, are strictly forbidden on the diet, as they also contain sugar.
An important rule: it is necessary to eat no more than 4 times a day, observing a break of 4 hours. The day you need to start with protein, then your result in losing weight will increase by 11%.
