Spring summer diet
In the spring, when you want vitamins, it is tough to maintain this diet, because although vegetables can be eaten without restrictions, you will have to forbid fruits.
The ban includes the antidepressant banana and all other sweet fruits. You will also have to give up coffee and sweet black tea.
Allowed drinks: water, mineral water without gas, green tea (without sugar), 1-% kefir.
The basic rule of the diet: Half an hour before any meal, you need to drink 200 ml of mineral water.
Approximate menu 1 day diet:
Breakfast: 125 g of cottage cheese, 2-3 “Finnish” bread, a spoon of water with a spoon of honey.
Lunch (noon): 2 apples, herbs, and green vegetables (bell pepper, cucumbers, etc.) in raw, boiled, or stewed form.
Lunch: Vegetable soup, cooked on water, and not on a fatty broth – beetroot, lentils, spinach, mushroom, etc. Lean beef, veal, or chicken without boiled skin. Garnish – 3 tablespoons of green peas and fresh vegetables.
Snack: Finnish bread, vegetables with one spoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 jar of cottage cheese.
Dinner: 2 apples or oranges, 1 diet yogurt.
