The diet is quite effective, if you follow all the recommendations, without stress for the body. The expected result is 4 kg in two weeks.
On a note! The diet is not suitable for those who have an increased acidity of the stomach or individual intolerance to kefir.
An approximate diet menu for two days, which are repeated for two weeks.
The first day is unloading
1.5-2 liters of kefir 1% fat divided into several doses (5-7).
Allowed green tea, water without gas, 1 green apple.
The second day – the usual diet of proper nutrition
Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Dinner no later than 18.00. Everything is possible, but within an acceptable framework.
Breakfast: 200 g of cereal porridge, 100 g of cottage cheese.
Snack: 1 apple, 8 almonds, green tea.
Lunch: chicken broth with 1 breast without skin, vegetable salad, baked fish.
Snack: 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 cup of berries.
Dinner (18.00): 200 g of lean meat, baked in the oven, vegetables.
