The main condition under which you can achieve a result is in no case to use purchased store juices. Juice should be fresh, just cooked and only from natural fruits, berries, and vegetables. Moreover, fruit juices in the diet should not dominate over vegetable ones.

The menu of the juice diet complements cottage cheese dishes and dairy products. It is allowed to use olive oil, unrefined, cold pressed. At the time of purification, you should completely abandon the use of salt and sugar. Cleansing should be carried out in a calm environment, at this time we recommend abandoning strong physical exertion.

First day

Diet: vegetable and apple fresh, diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 3 (in total 1.5 liters of juice per day are obtained, that is, a diluted drink should be 4.5 liters); mineral water without restrictions.

Second day

The third day

Diet: for breakfast, vegetable or fruit fresh, during the day 1-1.5 liters of kefir (drink in small portions throughout the day), mineral water, tea.

Fourth day

Diet: freshly squeezed juices in the morning, divide 500 g of cottage cheese into 5-6 servings and eat during the day at regular intervals, drinking kefir, water and tea in any quantity.
