The basis of this diet is low-fat dairy and sour-milk products. If you do not indulge yourself, you can lose 5 kg in a week. Sitting on it for longer is highly discouraged. Watch your condition: if you have problems with your stomach or intestines, this diet is not for you.
There are several compliance rules:
1. It is necessary to choose low-fat dairy products – not more than 4%.
2. Sour fruits should not be consumed! Allowed apples, bananas, pears, peaches, a handful of prunes or raisins.
3. Before any meal, drink a glass of still mineral water.
Breakfast: 1 cup (125 g) of yogurt no more than 4% fat, 1 fruit, tea with honey (20 g) or coffee with milk.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, salad (cucumbers, tomatoes) with low-fat yogurt, or instead of salad 100 g of cottage cheese with fruits, a glass of fermented baked milk or kefir.
Snack: porridge (preferably oatmeal, but you can have another, but not wheat and not semolina) in water or skim milk – 100 grams, low-fat cottage cheese – 125 grams, a glass of skim milk.
Dinner: 1 fruit, 1 unsweetened yogurt no more than 4 fat content – 125 g.
The diet can only be used if milk is well-tolerated since not all people in the body have enough lactose, an enzyme that helps digest it. Less commonly, milk intolerance is caused by an increased sensitivity (allergy) to milk proteins.
On the first day, every 2 hours, drink a glass of milk (from 8 to 20 hours), the next day – 1 glass every 1.5 hours, on the third day – 1 glass every hour. Then gradually increase the amount of milk, bringing to 1 cup every half hour (of course, if your body does not resist a large amount of liquid). Drink milk slowly (through a straw), in small sips, holding it in your mouth. Do not boil milk, you can only slightly warm it up. For many, such a diet provokes constipation, but it can be avoided by eating 10-12 dates or prunes before bedtime. This diet should be observed no more than a week.
This is a fairly strict, but rational and easily tolerated diet. In a week, you can lose up to 5 kilograms of excess weight.
Breakfast: tea or coffee with milk (without sugar).
After 2-3 hours: 200 g of cottage cheese.
After 2-3 hours: 200 g of any fruit.
After 2-3 hours: 1 cup of kefir, fermented baked milk or yogurt, yogurt.
After 2 hours – 200 g of any fruit.
During the day, it is recommended to drink clean water, tea or coffee.
During the week 4 times a day: eat 100 g of fresh cottage cheese (preferably homemade) with 1-2 teaspoons of wheat bran (they must first be filled with boiling water, and after half an hour drain the liquid). You can add a little honey, fruit, berries or vegetables to the curd. For breakfast and dinner, it is advisable to additionally drink 1 glass of broth of wild rose or any sour-milk drink (kefir, instead of dinner, perfectly reduces the stomach, relieves venous edema).
